Alaska Dr. Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at momsrichbusan@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 19-37, Yongsugongdan 2-gil, Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan, Republic of Korea. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees & Tax Deductions (Important Notice)

• Return Shipping & Free Shipping Deductions: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or any other reason unrelated to a product defect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, because your order qualified for Free Standard Shipping, the initial outbound shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please note that return and shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customs and Import Duties: Please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT incurred upon the arrival of the parcel in your country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Our store does not collect these fees at the time of purchase, and we are unable to refund or cover any customs duties or taxes associated with your order.

Bundle & Promotional Items Policy

• Partial Returns on Bundles / Sets: If you purchase a bundle or set product (such as 2+1 offers) and request a partial return for only some of the items, the bundle discount will no longer apply to the items you keep. The refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the original retail price of the items you are keeping from the total order amount.

• Free Gifts & Promotional Products: If your order included a free gift or promotional item based on a minimum purchase amount, and your return brings the remaining order total below that threshold, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unopened condition. If the free gift is missing, opened, or used, its retail price will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Custom-sized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Exchanges & Refunds The fastest way to get a new item is to return the current one and make a separate purchase. Once we inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
