SHIPPING COST All international orders qualify for Free Standard Shipping via Korea Post K-Packet. There are no additional shipping fees applied at checkout.

SHIPPING DETAILS Alaska Dr. offers worldwide shipping to international customers, directly dispatched from our logistics center in South Korea.

Our standard shipping method for international orders is Korea Post. Customers will automatically receive a tracking number via email once the shipment has been prepared, allowing you to track your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

International orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, KST) and shipped out excluding federal holidays in South Korea.

Free standard shipping typically takes approximately 7–14 business days for delivery, depending on local customs clearance. If you have any questions or encounter issues with tracking your order after 10 business days, please feel free to contact us at momsrichbusan@gmail.com.

It is normal for tracking information to go several days without updates once the package departs Korea. When your package arrives at your local postal network, tracking will update once it is out for final delivery.

Occasionally, shipping labels may become damaged during processing and may not scan properly; however, your package should still be en route. If more than 14 business days have passed since your package was shipped and you still have not seen any updates, please contact us at momsrichbusan@gmail.com for assistance.

Be sure to include your order number in all communications with our customer service team for quicker processing.

IMPORTANT: SHIPPING ADDRESS GUIDELINES

  • No PO Box / Military Addresses: We do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO, DPO, or APO addresses. Please provide a valid physical delivery address.

  • Accuracy is Crucial: Please ensure that your shipping information—including street address, apartment or building number, and postal code—is accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays or failure.

  • Disclaimer on Delivery Failures: Alaska Dr. is not responsible for any delivery failures caused by incomplete, unclear, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Returned Packages: Occasionally, parcels are returned to us due to recipient absence or incomplete/unclear addresses. In such cases, we will issue a refund minus the return shipping costs.

DUTIES & TAXES NOT INCLUDED Upon arrival at the destination, sales tax on imports, customs duties, and handling fees will be assessed by the respective customs office. The recipient will receive an invoice from the local postal service or customs partner.

By placing an order and providing the necessary payment and/or information, you agree to the import regulations governing the respective items. Please note that import regulations vary by country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s policies.

Customs duties, import sales tax, and handling fees charged by customs offices are non-refundable, even if the items are returned. Additionally, if the shipment cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs fees and is subsequently disposed of by the local customs authority, Alaska Dr. will not be held responsible, and the order will be non-refundable.

MODIFYING SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer service center at momsrichbusan@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has already been fulfilled, we will be unable to assist further, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
